I was half awakened from my sleep when mommy made some noisy entrance to our room. I was awakened more, from her scorn, when she noticed that I left my laptop on, the whole night..irresponsible, sleepy kid I was.. Then back to my bed, i tried to sleep again.
Only, it’s when I was fully awakened that I remembered that it’s her day (it’s everyone’s mom’s day)..and so i rushed to the dining and greeted her.
Then went back to my bed AGAIN and turned ON my laptop..hehe, I was kind of disinclined to prepare myself for church yet. I played some Christian music to set up the mood. Then suddenly, whilst listening to Hillsong, I was reminded of my greatest wish (ever, ever, ever) – to join at least one conference of hillsong in Aussie. (God can you hear it?..hehe) But really, that is my very wish. I visited their website and read some news and they’ll be having their 2008 Conference sometime in July. How i wish! Maybe next year after I graduate, when my schedule and pocket permit.
At church: we (some youth) showed a very simple skit to give recognition to our moms. We’re so happy that we made most of them cry, especially my mom..haha! Love you Daisy!..hehe, even though sometimes we clash. But I love you soooooooooooo much!!! You know, I always tell you that!
During the night, my family gathered together and played some card games we know. Mommy was just a spectator, no, an annoying spectator. She kept on teasing us and kept on telling the cards that dad had..hehe, benefiting for us! fun play!
Later than “during the night“, I ran through my nightly routine before I sleep: INTERNET!..hehe. I’m not so sure of what to browse, so I decided to discover and read blogs. I was astonished when I landed on a certain weblog and saw a poster of Hillsong United’s concert at the Coliseum and discovered that host of the blog is actually selling tickets. It really lifted my spirits since last month I was informed that the tickets were all sold out. I hastily emailed her. And I’m so hoping for a reply not later than this week. God willing, if it really is for me to attend that concert then so be it! But if not, I’m still wishing for the conference next year or on the other years. In his time!
And now I’m sleepy..night night!
